Mrs. Charles W. Seiberling, wife of the vice president and treasurer of the Seiberling Rubber Company, died yesterday of heart disease at her home, Old Acres, near here, after a long illness. She was born in Findlay, Ohio, fifty-nine years ago, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Theophilus Karnaghan. Surviving, besides her husband, are a daughter, Mrs. H. B. Stewart Jr., and two sons, T. Karnaghan and Lucius Miles Seberling.
