The parents of Sinclair Raynor were Charles Edward Raynor (1860 - 1940) and Lillian Amelia Raynor (Bradley) (1859 - 1933). They were my great grandparents. Charles was commissioned "Commodore" in 1908 and appointed Superintendent 21 May, 1913 of the Volunteer Life Saving Corps. of America.
Sinclair was first born. Siblings were Emily, Lillian E. , and Mabel. I don't know much of Sinclair. I think he was raised by Charles' sister Alice Buchanan Cox (Raynor) and her husband Smith Cox, who were childless.
