      Breading Furst, Sculptor, known for his portraits of children and for his abstract studies, died Tuesday at his home, 105 East Fifteenth Street, at the age of 42. He was the son of the late Clyde Furst, former secretary of the Carnegie Foundation of the Advancement of Learning.
