DROWNED—On Saturday last, a young man, named Dewitt Miller, son of Nath'l Miller, of Fire Place, in this County, was drowned in the Bay, inside of Fire Island. He was an estimable young man, and held in high regard in his sphere of acquaintanceship. The body was recovered on Monday, and taken to the residence of his parents.

Dewitt Miller, son of Dr. Miller of Fireplace, L.I. was drowned in the Bay near Fire Island las Saturday. The body was recovered on Monday, and carried to the residence of his father.
