BROOKHAVEN.—The funeral of Mr. Stephen Swezey took place in the M. E. Church on Sunday afternoon. The Rev. Mr. Cunningham conducted the services. Mr. Swezey was an old and respected citizen of our village. He had served three years in the Civil War. His wife and daughter survive him.
