Mrs. Hannah Raynor is 87.
Wednesday, Mrs. Hannah Raynor, who lives with her daughter Mrs. C. S. Washburn, Green street, celebrated eighty-seven years of life. The old lady is bright and remarkably well preserved. She is a little deaf.
Mrs. Raynor was born at Fire Place, now Brookhaven, Long Island, in 1822, being one of six children born to Leverett Reeve and Catherine Brown. One brother is still living, David Reeves of Freehold, N.J., who is 79 years of age. She married tice, her first husband being Stephen Craft of New York. Of the five children blessing their home two are now living, Mrs. Washburn and Mrs. John Carman of Yaphank. Edward Raynor of Brookhaven was her second husband; and there was one daughter by that union, Mrs. George Nesbitt of Brookhaven. She also has a stepson, John Raynor of Brooklyn, who thinks as much of her as if she were his own mother.

OBITUARY
Mrs. Hannah Raynor
Mrs. Hannah N. Raynor, one of the oldest people in Suffolk County, and for a few years a resident of Huntington, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. C. S. Washburn, in Babylon, Friday of last week, at the age of 94 years. Funeral services wre held at her late home Sunday morning, and the interment was in Brookhaven.
She was born December 9, 1822 at Fireplace, now Brookhaven, the daughter of Katherine Reeves, descendants of old English and Welsh stock. Mrs. Raynor was married to Stephen Craft, of New York City, in 1844. He died in 1861, and two years latr the then Mrs. Craft was married to Edward Raynor, who was postmaster at Fireplace for many years.
Mrs. Raynor is survived by three daughters, Mrs. E. J. Carman and Mrs. C. S. Washburn of Babylon, and Mrs. George Nesbitt of Brookhaven; two grandaughters and one great-grandchild.
