Born in New York City, he lived in Patchogue for the past 10 years. He was a retired crane man for the IRT in New York. He is survived by a brother John Andres of Patchogue, a sister, Mrs. Elizabeth McClellan of New Jersey and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services were at 8 p.m., Tuesday at the Ruland Funeral Home with the Rev. William Hinlicky of the Emmanuel Lutheran Church of Patchogue officiating. Interment was yesterday morning at Oaklawn Cemetery in Brookhaven.
