Born in New York city, she had lived in Bellport 46 years and was the widow of the late John D. Walton. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Ruland chapel, Patchogue, with the Rev. Ralph B. Gamewell [pastor, South Haven Presbyterian church] officiating. Interment was in Woodland cemetery, Bellport. She is survived by a son, William D. Walton, Brookhaven; and two sisters, Mrs. George T. Wilson of Brooklyn, and Mrs. Robert Moriarty of Greenwich, Conn. [S42] monument, Woodland Cemetery, Bellport, Brookhaven, Suffolk, NY ();. The Walton family plot is located at the northeast corner of the cemetery.
