  Family Note: August Guerrera was frequently mentioned in the Patchogue Advance in the 1960s. He was Chief Chemist/Sanitary Engineer with the Suffolk County Water Authority, and chairperson of a Town of Brookhaven citizens advisory committee on the town Landfill.
