Herbert Winchester, died last Thursday at her home in Jersey City, N.J., after a long illness. She was born in Manhasdset, the ndaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Theodore Lawrence Arthur, and was a summer resident of Bellport for many years. Service was held Monday at the Funderal home of Tully and Hillyer, Jersey City, at 1:30 p.m. Burial was in the old Dutch Reformed church yard in Manhasset. Her husband survives.
