  A small gravestone at Lot 50-52 of the Oaklawn cemetery, Brookhaven, NY is inscribed "J.S.H.", and is further identified with a funeral parlor plaque which reads "Jaqulin Helmus, 1960-1960." While not proved, she was likely the infant daughter of John Frederick Helmus, Jr. and Barbara Ann Alexanderson. The monument itself is placed to the left of and immediate adjacent to that of her grandparents, George W. H. and Francis S. Ranken.
