He is survived by his wife, Cilia Engelhardt; his son Michael and fiancée, Sharon; his step-daughter, Evelyn Hidalgo and husband, Brian; his sister, Joan Moreland; his sister-in-law, Anna Engelhardt; his grandsons, Craig and wife, Anna, Thomas, Gabriel and Julian; his great-grandson, Liam; his nieces, Nancy Kreppein and husband, Peter, and Susan Brigham and husband, Charles; his nephew David Moreland; and by his great-nephew, Peter M. Kreppein. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Oakey’s Funeral Service & Crematory in Roanoke, Va. Interment took place in Oaklawn Cemetery in Brookhaven. [S11] .
