      Son and Grandchildren to Share Public Accountant's Estate

      NEW YORK, N.Y, May 22.—Surrogate John A. McKenna of rockland County today admitted to probate the will of Perley Morse, head of a firm of public accountants, who died April 25 in Suffern. The will shows personal assets not in excess of $1,200,000 and real estate valued at $56,000.

      George Perley Morse, a son, of 24 Lenox Road, Brooklyn, will receive the income from one-half interest in the residuary estate. Two grandchildren, Barbara and Stanley Morse, children of the late Stanley Morse of Suffern, will each receive an income from a quarter interest in the residuary estate.

      STANLEY MORSE DEAD; TELEPHONE MANAGER
      Traffic Chief of Rockland County, 33 Years Old, Was Son of Public Accountant.

      Stanley Morse, New York Telephone Company district traffic manager for Rockland County, died early yesterday morning in the Harkness Pavilion of the Presbyterian Hospital of acute heart dilatation caused by an abdominal infection which began on Saturday. Mr Morse, who was 33 years old and the son of Perley Morse, prominent here as a certified public accountant, resided on his father's estate on Montabella Road, Suffern, N.Y.

      Born in Brooklyn, Mr. Morse attended the public schools and Stevens Institute of Technology, where he received a degree of electrical engineering. In the World War he was a member of the Columbia University Naval Officers Training School. Soon after the war Mr. Morse became with the telephone company in its New York office, and for a time engaged in switchboard installation supervision. Later he became assistant to the vice president and general manager. Two years ago he was transferred to Rockland County with an office in Nyack. He was regarded by the company as having a brilliant future before him.

      Mr. Morse was a Mason and a member of the Lawyers Club. Besides his father he is survived by a widow, the former Miss Blanche Ward of Suffern; by his mother, by two children, Stanley Jr. and Barbara, and by a brother, George P. Morse of Brooklyn.
