Isaac removed to Harpersfield, NY. He served during the Revolution in 1781. He lived most of his life in Watertown, CT, before going to Delaware Co., and then to Erie Co., NY. m. . He served in Col. Canfield's Militia Regt. at West Point, 1781.
This statement seems to implied that he removed to Harpersfield, Delaware County, which is the eastern part of New York State, then he removed to Erie County in the western part of the state, then returned to Harpersfield where he died.

While this source indicated that Michael Dayton and Mehitable Doolittle were married in Waterbury, MA, it seems possible that this was a typographical error. No Waterbury, MA could be found in a modern atlas. Waterbury, CT is near to Watertown, CT, where the family resided.
