TOOKER—JOHNSON
A pretty wedding took place Sunday afternoon at 2:30 at the summer residence on Lake avenue, Center Moriches, of Mr. and Mrs. Robert L, Johnson of Brooklyn, when their daughter, Miss Rosalia M. Johnson, lovely in a gown of long white lace, with jacket, and orange blossoms in her hair, became the bride of Benjamin B. Tooker, Jr., son of postmaster and Mrs. Benjamin B. Tooker of Seniz avenue, Center Moriches.
The matron-of-honor was Mrs. Evelyn Trauh Levy of Brooklyn, who wore orchid embroidered mousseline de soie. The bride's traveling costume was a pink and brown silk sport dress with white accessories. The best man was Richard W. Tooker of Center Moriches, brother of the bridegroom.
The ceremony was performed by the Rev. James H. Link, pastor of Center Moriches Methodist church, followed by a reception at the home for 20 guests. The rooms were decorated with ferns, roses, plants and garden flowers.
After the reception the couple left for a two-week tour of the New England states. The will reside at 423 Greene avenue, Brooklyn. The bride, who is a secretary in New York, attended Hunter college. Mr. Tooker is an accountant for S. K. F. Steels, Inc. and is a graduate of Center Moriches High school and Pace institute, New York.
