Estate of Orlando Brown Is Appraised at $19,295
The estate of Orlando W. Brown of Bellport, who died January 28, is appraised at $19,295.78 gross and $17, 010.51 net, it was revealed this week in Surrogate's court, Riverhead. The tyax is figured at $21.02. The net estate passes in equal shares to three children, Douglas E. and Russel O. Brown and Dorothy M. Murdock.

MRS ORLANDO W. BROWN
Mrs. Laura Brown, aged 67, of Bay road, Brookhaven, died on New Year's day at her home after an extended illness. Born in New London, Conn., sh had lived in Brookhaven for the past ten years.
Mrs. Brown leaves her husband, Orlando W. Brown of Brookhave; two sons, Douglas E. Brown, Patchogue attorney, and Russell O. Brown, both of Brookhaven; a daughter, Mrs. Dorothy M. Murdock of Brookhaven; two brothers, Milton S. Floyd and Douglas E. Floyd, both of Rockville Center; a sister, Miss Millie Floyd of Rockville Centre, and two grandchildren.
The funeral service was held at 2 p.m. Monday at the Brown home, the Rev. Harold Jones of Southampton, formerly of Bellport, officiating. Interment was in Woodland cemetery, Bellport.
