"That she knows about and is familiar with a certain mortgage made by Nathan Turner and Lottie Turner to Alfred P. Marion in the amount of $500.00, dated 9/18/07, recorded in Liber 330, at page 510 in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office. That Alfred P. Marion was the father of Pearl M. Knowles, said Alfred P. Marion now being deceased.
"That Pearl M. Knowles was his only daughter and inherited all f his property, including this mortgage, and they have always treated it as belonging to her. That the mortgage has been disregarded at all times, no interest having been paid thereof and no interest has ever been demanded and there is no expectation that it will ever be demanded and it has been treated as cancelled between the parties thereto."
Alfred P. Marion was Nathan [A.] Turner's brother-in-law, having married Nathan's sister Alice E. Turner. Pearl M. Knowles was Alice Pearl Marion, the only child of Alfred P. and Alice [Turner[ Marion. Lottie Turner was Charlotte [Patch] Turner.
This Affidavit also included other family relationships and titles from Jeptha Wilkinson to Harriet T. Hohenhausen.
