A pretty wedding took place Sunday afternoon at the Bellport Catholic church when Miss Margaret Lyons, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Lyons of Breezemont Farm became the bride of Francis D. Craven of Brooklyn. The bride wore a gown of white silk with bridal wreath and veil and carried a showed bouquet of bridal roses. The maid of honor was her sister, Mrs. Katherine Sheehan, who was attired in orchid silk and carried a shower bouquet of pink roses. The bridesmaid was Miss May Craven, sister of the groom, attired in pink silk and carrying a shower bouquet of pink roses. The groom was attended by Thomas Lyons, brother of the bride. The ushers were Robert Lyons, Thomas Craven and James Craven, brothers of the groom.

Rev Father Gillick performed the ceremony after which a dinner was given at the bride's home in Brookhaven. About 200 guests were present, many from Brooklyn. The bride and groom left for a honeymoon trip to Niagara Falls and Canada and on their return will live in Brooklyn.
