The sad news reached Brookhaven Sunday of the death of one of the most prominent summer residents, R. M. Michelsen of Rossmore, at his home in New York City Sunday morning. Mr. Michelsen was taken ill with typhoid fever and though he apparently recovered he never fully regained his health. The family remained here until late last autumn hoping that he would gain strength. The remains will be brought here for burial, interment to be in Woodland cemetery, Bellport, tomorrow morning. Mr. Michelsen leaves his widow, one daughter, Miss Inez Michelsen and two sons, Ralf [[sic] and Konrad [sic] Michelsen.
