The will of Samuel R. Glover, late of Brookhaven town, disposes of an estate valued $4,500. D. Frank Glover, who died on November 1, 1915, was bequeathed the testor's property at East Patchogue. John Glover, of Solomons, Md., and Charles Glover, of Bellport, nephews, each received $25. The trustees of the Presbyterian church at South Haven are bequeathed $500 to be held in trust and the income from which is to be applied toward the pastor's salary. Should the church cease to exist or there be an omission of weekly religious services for one year, the principal of this bequest with its accumulations is to be turned over to the American Tract Society, of Manhattan to be applied to charitable causes and purposes of that organization. The residue of the the estate is bequeathed to Mary Overton, sister, who also predeceased the testator, and D. Frank Glover. The will provided that if the latter should not be living when the testor died that the share bequeathed to him (D. Frank Overton) should be considered as belonging to the residuary estate. Dr. Frank Overton and Lawyer Robert S. Pelletreau, of Patchogue, are named as executors.
