Miss Mabel Ann Moran of Hartford, Conn., daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Moran of Montreal, Canada, was married to George maxwell Last of East Hampton, Conn., son of Mr. and Mrs. George E. Last of Brookhaven at 9:30 a. m. on September 5 in St. Joseph's Cathedral, Hartford, by the Rev. John F. Hannon. Mrs. John Burns, sister of the bride was matron-of-honor and William Robert of Cobalt, Conn., was best man.
Following the ceremony a wedding breakfast was served at the Hotel Garde. The bride wore soldier blue crepe trimmed with lace, a wine colored hat and accessories, and an orchid corsage. Mrs. Burns was dressed in wine crepe with black velvet hat and black accessories, and wore a corsage of talisman roses.
Mr. and Mrs. Last are at home at 28 Hopkins street, Hartford, after spending several days in Montreal, Canada. Mrs. Last is employed in there actuarial department of the Phoenix Mutual Life Insurance company and Mr. Last is with Pratt and Whitney of East Hartford, Conn.
